API Spec Q1 is a company level certification based on the standard developed and published by the American Petroleum Institute (API) titled "Specification for Quality Management System Requirements for Manufacturing Organizations for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry". This certification is intended for companies who manufacture equipment or components of equipment used in oil and natural gas production. Certifications are issued exclusively by API.
API Spec Q2 is the first ever quality management system (QMS) certification for service supply organizations in the oil and natural gas industry. Its approach to industry improvement is similar to that of API Spec Q1, which certifies oil and gas equipment manufacturers for the safety, consistency and interchangeability of their products.
Princeps Legem has provided API Q2 consulting/training services to the first company to be certified to API Q2.
Fundamentals-This course teaches the stringent requirements of the API Specification Q1/Q2 and provides attendees with a firm understanding of what is required to implement a quality management system based on API Q2 and achieve certification.
  Practitioner- This course is an extension of the three-day course and is ideal for Q1/Q2 practitioners. Using every day terminology, workshops, and group discussions, we help attendees develop a hands-on understanding that will facilitate the successful implementation of a best in class quality management system.
Princeps Legem has provided API Q2 consulting/training services to the first company to be certified to API Q2.
Fundamentals- Upon successful completion of this course, participants will learn how to apply the principles, procedures and techniques of planning and conducting effective audits: manage the audit process form planning to reporting to closing out nonconformances : demonstrate personal attributes and skills expected from auditors.
Lead Auditor- Follow up on the fundamentals of audit training, this course provides essential information for discussion including audit team selection, assigning audit team member responsibilities as well as other duties unique to API program. Participants will be able to lead and direct an audit team from assigning audit tasks, communicating with team members, coordinating the audit to taking responsibility of the audit output (issuing audit report). They will also demonstrate personal skills expected from a lead auditor including managing conflicts among the audit team member or between the auditee and audit team members.
The API Monogram Program is a voluntary licensing program designed to facilitate the consistent manufacturing of product that conforms to API standards. The program requires that manufacturers maintain the capabilities, including the resources, processes and technology, to manufacture products that fall within the scope of licensing. The program gives licensed manufacturers an opportunity to mark conforming product so that it is easily recognizable and identifiable in the field.

ISO 14000 family - Environmental management
The ISO 14000 family of standards provides practical tools for companies and organizations of all kinds looking to manage their environmental responsibilities.
ISO 14001:2015 and its supporting standards such as ISO 14006:2011 focus on environmental systems to achieve this. ISO/IEC 17025: General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories
ISO/IEC 17025:2005 specifies the general requirements for the competence to carry out tests and/or calibrations, including sampling. It covers testing and calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard methods, and laboratory-developed methods.
It is applicable to all organizations performing tests and/or calibrations. These include, for example, first-, second- and third-party laboratories, and laboratories where testing and/or calibration forms part of inspection and product certification.
ISO 17020- Conformity assessment — Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection.
This International Standard contains requirements for the competence of bodies performing inspection and for the impartiality and consistency of their inspection activities.
It applies to inspection bodies of type A, B or C, as defined in this International Standard, and it applies to any stage of inspection.
 The stages of inspection include design stage, type examination, initial inspection, in-service inspection or surveillance
ISO 52000-1:2017 Energy performance of buildings -- Overarching EPB assessment: General framework and procedures
    establishes a systematic, comprehensive and modular structure for assessing the energy performance of new and existing buildings (EPB) in a holistic way.
It is applicable to the assessment of overall energy use of a building, by measurement or calculation, and the calculation of energy performance in terms of primary energy or other energy-related metrics. It takes into account the specific possibilities and limitations for the different applications, such as building design, new buildings 'as built', and existing buildings in the use phase as well as renovation.
